Independent evaluation
Submission of a manuscript or synopsis does not constitute an offer or guarantee of publication. Every submission is subject to independent editorial and commercial evaluation.
Your rights
Copyright remains with the author or rightful rights holder unless transferred through a separate written agreement. Submission alone transfers no publishing rights.
Permission to review
By submitting, you permit Vangmaya Publishing’s authorised staff to store and internally review the work for publishing evaluation, and to contact you for additional information.
Declarations
You must be the author or rightful representative, provide accurate information and avoid infringing another person’s copyright or other rights. Disclose prior publication and other submissions where requested.
Confidentiality
Submissions are handled through private publishing systems. Any specific confidentiality obligation is governed by a separately agreed confidentiality arrangement or executed NDA.
No promise of publication
An acknowledgement, receipt, manuscript request, shortlist or draft agreement is not a publication commitment. Binding terms arise only under the relevant executed written agreement.
