We collect the details you submit through synopsis, story and contact forms, including name, contact information, manuscript information, declarations and uploaded documents. Invited author accounts may include publishing records, agreements, royalty statements and bank details.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate submissions, respond to enquiries, manage publishing relationships and administer agreements, royalties and payments. Submission data is not automatically published as an author profile.
Private documents & financial information
Manuscripts and internal publishing documents are stored privately with role-based access and time-limited links. Bank account details are encrypted and displayed only in masked form. Author workspace access is restricted to the author’s records and authorised publishing staff.
Sharing & retention
Information may be handled by the service providers that host and support this platform. External email delivery and scanning integrations will be used only after configuration. Data is retained as required for review, publishing administration, legal obligations and audit records; no fixed retention period is promised here.
Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw permission for a public author profile. Requests are reviewed subject to identity verification, contractual duties and applicable record-retention requirements.
